  • "On the Recommendations of the hearings in the Committee of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine on Education and Science "Legislative support for the development of the national innovation system: status and solutions";

- to the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine:

  • to the "Methodology for determining the amount of damage caused to land and soil as a result of emergency situations and/or armed aggression and hostilities during martial law", approved by the Order of the Ministry of Environmental Protection and Natural Resources of Ukraine April 4, 2022 N 167;
  • to the NAAS action plan for 2021 to implement the decision of the the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine, put into effect by the Decree of the President of Ukraine dated March 23, 2021 No. 111/2021 "On challenges and threats to the national security of Ukraine in the environmental sphere and priority measures for their neutralisation";

  • to the draft order of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine "On approval of the plan of measures for the implementation of the Updated Nationally Determined Contribution of Ukraine to the Paris Agreement for the period until 2030";

  • the draft of the nationwide target program for the use and protection of lands in accordance with the Decree of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of January 19, 2022 No. 70-p. "On the approval of the Concept of the National target program of land use and protection";
  • Concept of the State target program of land use and protection;
  • on the development and approval of normative legal acts of Ukraine: "Standards for the qualitative state of soils"; "Standards of permissible anthropogenic loads on soils"; "Standards for soil degradation", "Standards for the optimal ratio of land plots";
  • on the adjustment of the Standards for maximum permissible concentrations of hazardous substances in soils, as well as the list of such substances, approved by Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated December 15, 2021 No. 1325;
  • to the Normatives of ecologically safe irrigation, drainage, irrigation and drainage management, approved by Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated September 2, 2020 No. 766;
  • to the list of priority areas of scientific research in the field of development of agro-industrial production;
  • to the draft Order of the Ministry of Agrarian Policy of Ukraine "On approval of the Rules on ensuring soil fertility and the use of certain agrochemicals";
  • to the Program of sustainable development of the agro-industrial complex of Ukraine for 2020-2025;
  • to the Strategy for the Development of Agricultural Production in Ukraine for the Period Until 2025, Section 4.2 "Sustainable Management of Soil Resources and Reproduction of Soil Fertility";
  • regarding the representation of Ukraine in the International Network of Soil Information Institutions and the creation of the NSC ISSAR;

  • on the establishment and implementation of voluntary national tasks in Ukraine to achieve a neutral level of land degradation;

  • regarding strengthening the system of state control and increasing the responsibility of land owners and land users for its targeted and effective use, preservation and reproduction of soil fertility and their protection from degradation, as well as ensuring the consolidation of reclaimed land;
  • regarding the inclusion of the specialties "agrochemistry" and "soil science" in the current List of knowledge and specialties for which higher education applicants are trained.
